I believe I deserve an excellent. I have always been on time and I have never missed a lesson. I have always written feedback to my peers. I listen to my friends and teacher, and made the necessary changes when need to. In my project team, I would step up to ask if there is anything else my teammates needs me to do for the project.

This quote is trying to say that to be an effective leader is not only about coming up with ideas and learning new things but most important being able to share their visions and expectations with others.
